About Mindful Birthing
Mindful Birthing is a place for parents, especially soon-to-be, new, and new-again parents. It is a place for learning about your choices in pregnancy, birth, and early parenting. It is a place to discover ways to be the best parent you can be for your baby!
I believe in being mindful when it comes to making decisions in every area of life, and especially in areas involving tiny humans. I am passionate about embracing the beauty of pregnancy, encouraging natural birth, and supporting parents to begin their journey with love, peace, and confidence. The adventure of raising children begins for many at conception, or even before, and it can be full of enjoyment as well as challenges. Mindful Birthing is a place to consider perspectives on how best to navigate this very special stage of life.
I am also passionate about hypnotic childbirth. Mindful Birthing is a platform I use to share and recommend the Hypnobabies Childbirth Hypnosis program, which provides thorough information on everything from pregnancy health to the birth process and beyond. Hypnobabies offers classes by certified instructors, which can be found by searching on their website for instructors in your area. I am a certified Hypnobabies Childbirth Hypnosis Instructor (HCHI) offering classes in the Temecula area of Southern California. Check out my class schedule for more information!
While in-person classes offer the best benefits, there is also a self-study option. Self-study courses may be purchased from the Hypnobabies website and Amazon. Hypnobabies also offers hypnosis MP3 tracks for specific needs such as eliminating nausea and successful breastfeeding.
About Mindful Beginnings
My life coaching practice is called Mindful Beginnings. As a life coach, I work with mothers who are transitioning into new phases with their growing families. I walk with moms through the challenges of pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. I help them examine choices, develop goals and plans, enjoy their pregnancies more, envision their birth experiences, and adjust to being a new or new-again parent, so they can feel more confident and peaceful about their journeys into motherhood.

My name is Heather. I am a wife, and a mother to one baby in Heaven, one wonderful son, and one baby girl. I am a stay at home mom, a Professional Life Coach, a birth educator, and a Hypnobabies Childbirth Hypnosis Instructor.
My passion for hypnotic birth began when I was first considering becoming a mother, but the fear of childbirth was holding me back. Through my search for a solution, I discovered the world of midwives, natural birth, and childbirth hypnosis. I was finally able to feel excited and hopeful about the birth process. When I became pregnant, I knew from the beginning I would use Hypnobabies. I did just that, and had a wonderful first birth experience. Even though I had planned a natural home birth, and it didn’t go according to my plans, I had a successful birth. I used Hypnobabies during my birthing time, and later in the hospital, and because of the tools I learned in the program I was able to completely enjoy the experience of bringing my child into the world. For my second birth, I used Hypnobabies once again and had a completely natural home birth. It was the most empowering and wonderful experience of my life! I am very excited to share this incredible program with other families and encourage women to experience positive births.
My calling to become a life coach was heard in early 2014. However, my focus at that time was on my new baby, and it wasn’t until the beginning of 2017 that I was able to revisit my plans to launch a career in coaching. I was trained through Christian Coach Institute and graduated as a Professional Christian Life Coach in May of 2017. Through that program, my vision for coaching was refined, and I discovered that my new skills could be used to support mothers through the stages of pregnancy, birth, and raising babies.
